LIVVITY’s philosophy is based on 4 key pillars, which have been inspired by Robin Sharma, and I’m personally grateful for all his teachings and books, which had a tremendous impact on my life.
Keeping in balance
The key is maintaining balance among all of these areas because if one of these pillars is weak, the others will all suffer as a result. Conversely, if one set is improving, the others will all follow suit. It’s like an orchestra inside of us, a circle and flow of life that is perfectly designed and waiting for you to direct it to play the most incredible music you’ve ever heard. Isn’t it beautiful?
Wellbeing is a lifestyle
Wellbeing is a lifestyle; there is no destination. It is a fascinating journey to step on and explore your strengths and weaknesses in every key area, identify limiting beliefs and blocks which are holding you back, and co-create a unique action plan for your needs and desires to help you achieve an optimal state of equilibrium.
How do we make use of this philosophy?
Individual coaching
For individual coaching, at the initial stage, right after the discovery call, you will get access to the LIVVITY coaching platform, and you will receive an intake form that includes questions to explore your current state of wellbeing in all 4 pillars. After that, we discuss your actual wellbeing and further evaluate together how to balance your sets and increase energy flow.
We identify the area which requires improvement for your unique personal development first, and we define your long-term desires as well as short term goals to then co-create a feasible action plan in line with that.
Group coaching
Group coaching sessions will be built around certain key topics but always incorporated in the system-like approach with references to each of the pillars to gain a better understanding of how it is all connected to everyone’s wellbeing.

Mindset
Mindset is about your psychology, the way you think and develop yourself.
Mindset is also a set of beliefs that determine how you feel, think, and react in any given situation and how you understand the world.
An average human being has approx. 60.000 thoughts a day, out of which 90% are repetitive, and only 10% are new ideas, creative thoughts. On average, 80% of all these thoughts are negative – that’s because of the negative bias. That’s how we human beings are naturally programmed.
Making an investment in yourself, expanding your knowledge, and setting daily growth goals are of the utmost importance.
Heartset
You can have the highest intelligence ever, but if you haven’t worked on your emotions (Heartset), therefore you are often stuck in the anger or sadness of the past or in the worry of the future, it can easily result in sabotaging yourself.
Emotions are messengers, and how you feel is determined by your mentality. That’s right, nobody or nothing ever gives you a feeling. Your mind does.
The capacity to recognize and control one’s own emotions as well as the emotions of others is referred to as emotional intelligence.
Emotions must be handled, not pushed aside. Our emotions will control us if we don’t deal with them.
Soulset
This pillar is about spirituality – in the meaning of relationships and connectedness at all levels.
Your relationship to yourself, other people, and a higher being or universe.
Any relationship with others starts with yourself.
Your Soulset is what teaches you how to love yourself, know yourself, and know your worth. Soulset is deep within and has a lot to do with self-care.
Healthset
Healthset is all about your physical wellbeing – your nutrition, hydration, exercise, and sleep quality. By keeping this pillar at high standards, it will allow you to have more energy, vitality, have a stronger cognitive function, and longevity.
You are what you eat! – There are countless benefits of consuming real, nutritious food over processed food.
Your body depends on water to survive – even mild dehydration can impair brain function, memory, and mood.
Exercising regularly allows your brain to operate at its highest level of cognition, increases your energy level, dissolves stress, and makes you feel awesome.
High-quality sleep is invaluable for efficient bodily functions; it directly impacts most bodily functions.
